Assumption School is a Catholic elementary school located in the beautiful foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains in Pasadena. California. The beauty and majesty of the mountains are a perfect backdrop for the sacred mission of our school. The Assumption School After-School Sports Program enables our students to develop self respect, physical fitness. and the ability to play and work with others as a team in a Christian environment. Offering; Girls Varsity Volleyball. Girls JV Volleyball. Varsity Flag Football, JV Flag Football. A Girls Basketball. A Girls Basketball, A Boys Basketball. B Boys Basketball, B Boys Basketball, Track and Field. Boys Volleyball.
Extra curricular activities:
This international academic extracurricular competition asks students to work in collaborative teams to solve complex problems of all types. Coached by parents outside of school hours. Assumption students have done well in this competition traditionally and often compete at the regional, state and world level. We are multi-year Regional. and State champions and have competed in World competition placing in top 15 several times.
